Product Disclosure Statement reissued 6 May 2024
Paragon has re-issued the PDS for Paragon Australian Long Short Fund, dated 6 May 2024, replacing the previous PDS dated 30 September 2022.
The main changes from the previous version are:
- Investment strategy revised and related risk management capped limit for the portion of global equities permitted has been removed to enable greater flexibility (communicated to investors on 8 April);
- Fees and Costs disclosures in Section 07 estimates updated to reflect the last financial year data. Please note that the actual fees charged to investors and all related terms and conditions of your investment remain unchanged.
The Initial Application Form, available at the back of our latest PDS is required for all new applications from hereon. Previous versions of the application will only be accepted at the discretion of Paragon.
